Introduction
JKS600 multi-function crawler water well drilling rig is mainly used in drilling rig for water well drilling rig, monitoring well,relif well, exploiting coal gas and other exploratory hole project.
JKS600 water well drilling equipment, in rock drilling, DTH Hammer is applied in the operation, slag is discharged by air pressure and the offstage efficiency is ten times than traditional rotary drilling.
JKS600 water well equipment, cutting drilling or rotary drilling can be operated in unconsolidated layer, and the slag can be discharged under the effect of mud, the impact drilling operation can also be adopted and slag can be discharged by pressure air, the machine is suitable for drilling complicated geological conditions.
The maximum drilling depth of the bore well drilling machine is 700m,the drilling diameter is 140mm-450mm.
Characteristics:
1. The drilling rig can use DTH Hammer drilling and mud drilling.
2. Centralized control console is suitable for each manipulation and control. Rapid pulling and lifting reduce the auxiliary time and enhance the work efficiency.
3. The pulling force can be regulated and controlled, which adapt the machine to deep hole drilling.
4.132kw Cummins engine drives the large displacement high pressure plunger pump and it is characterized by powerful dynamic and stable performance.
5. The rotary head, it’s rotation speed is 0-160rpm stepless adjustment and the rotary torque is 13000Nm.
6. With lifting force of 4T, rope length of 100m and 8m lifting height, the auxiliary winch is used for auxiliary lifting and casing.
7. Long strike hydraulic supporting leg can be use for transportation, loading and unloading of the drill automatically without the help of crane.
8. The Hydraulic auxiliary functions are easy and efficient for guide extension, boom swing, boom lift, guide tilt and guide dump.
